Customized and Handmade Products

Due to the unique nature of customized and handmade products, these items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit. Any claims for lost or mishandled packages must be directed to the carrier.

SECTION 4 – WARRANTY

We offer a 12-month warranty exclusively for products in our Joyful Escapes series (mechanical fidget toys). To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the warranty period, providing your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Due to the nature of our other product series, including customized and handmade products, no warranty is provided for these items unless otherwise specified.

SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES
