Welcome to Oasyday.com. We are committed to providing fast, secure, and transparent shipping for all our customers. Please review the details of our shipping policy below:
1. Order Processing Time
For standard products, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
For handmade or customized items, please refer to Section 4 below.
Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
International Orders: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
The above timeframes are estimates provided by our couriers. We cannot guarantee delivery within this timeframe.
If you choose standard shipping, please allow up to 30 days for delivery to accommodate any unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Address & Delivery Details
Address Changes: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected].
Multiple Addresses: We do not support shipping one order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each destination.
Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
4. Customized & Handmade Items
Customized or handmade products may require additional production time, depending on the complexity of the item.
We will notify you via email after your order is placed to inform you of the estimated production timeline.
Once completed, shipping time will follow the estimates outlined in Section 2.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and take photos.
If the package is delivered in your absence and appears damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], and include your order number and photos of the damage.
Oasyday is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and filing any claims directly with the courier.
6. Shipping Fees & Returns
Shipping fees—including original and return shipping—are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
7. International Orders & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local authorities.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Oasyday does not collect these fees and cannot offer refunds for them.
