Handmade Custom Pet Keepsake

Initial order processing typically takes 1–2 business days. During this time, we will reach out to you to communicate and finalize all the custom details of your pet's portrait.

Once the details are confirmed, your order will be placed into our active production queue. Because our hand-stitching process is extremely meticulous and detail-oriented, each piece requires its own dedicated production cycle. Therefore, please allow 2–4 weeks for us to craft your custom order. We carefully create and fulfill all keepsakes in the exact order they are received based on our current schedule.

Once your bespoke piece is finished and ready to head home to you, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
